Winning Best in Class at the 2016 Australian Cider Awards, and 100% barrel aged, this
wonderful beast of a cider is one we’re super proud of. Before bottling it rested for 18 months in old French oak, with new French and Hungarian staves in 25% of the blend. Bruised apple and tropical notes, both aromatically and on the palate, leave the mouthfeel quite full for a dry cider made with culinary apple varieties. Wood-aging has allowed it to develop layers of lingering complexity.
