Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Our shipping rates are subsidised set flat rates for each state/territory. All orders are packed at our cellar door in Cygnet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We do not pack or send packages on weekends. We are always working to make this as affordable as possible but we appreciate your patience with us as we are a small local business! 

AUSTRALIA POST

Orders with Australia Post shipping are packed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and taken to the post office on the next business day. They have regularly updated tracking with shorter delivery times compared to other private couriers. We've found them to be the best option for delivery however they are usually a more expensive option. 

PRIVATE COURIER

Orders with a private courier are packed on Mondays and Wednesdays and dropped off to the depot once a week. Tracking is limited and only updated when your parcel reaches it's next depot. This means there can be long periods without tracking updates. Deliveries times can also become longer at busier periods such as Christmas. 

TRACKING

If you choose Australia Post, you'll be emailed a tracking number for your order which will allow you to track your order throughout the delivery process. This will be emailed to you when the shipping label is created and may be a day or two after your purchase confirmation email.

DISCLAIMER

We try our best to get packages out as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times. The delivery times at the checkout is an estimate for each state/territory.
